Toggle latches : Simple secure locking systems for industrial applications
Toggle latches are used for the secure holding and lock of hatches, flaps, covers, container lids, machine coverings and similar applications. By exceeding the dead centre they resist vibration. After the clamping hook is engaged with the catch plate, the components to be locked can be pulled towards each other. An optional secondary safety mechanism gives additional protection against inadvertent opening of the catch. Most of our toggle latches are available in steel and stainless steel. Modifications are possible according to customers needs.
